endorses Ruszkiewicz for re-election
List of Ruszkiewicz endorsements continues to grow
(Newbugh, NY) – The governing officers of the Hudson Valley Building & Construction Trade Council announed that they will be supporting District 3 Legislator Paul Ruszkiewicz (R,C,I-Pine Island) for re-election.
The HVBCTC leadership released a list of Orange County officials and candidates today whom they will be supporting in November; Legislator Ruszkiewicz was included in that list.
Ruszkiewicz thanked the Council for their endorsement. "I am honored to have the support of an organization representing 29 unions and over 15,000 members. It's a great responsibility to see that labor interests are considered in the day to day business of the Legislature; I will not disappoint you."
Ruszkiewicz is running for a second term in the County Legislature. He has the ballot lines of the Republican, Conservative and Independence Parties, and faces Democratic opposition in November.
